In March 2015, we kicked off the year in style by picking up three awards at what are widely considered the retail industry Oscars, the Oracle Retail Week Awards. As well as Retail Technology Initiative of the Year for our market-leading ecommerce experimentation at scale programme, and Supply Chain Initiative of the Year for our work with our partner ArrowXL to enhance the two-man delivery experience for our customers, we were also named Pureplay Etailer of the Year. A highly coveted award in recognition of how far we’ve come on our journey to world class and truly a night to remember.
In April 2015, the good run continued when Very.co.uk was named Pureplay Etailer of the Year and took home the top prize for Overall Excellence at fashion bible Drapers’ Digital Awards.
In May 2015, we were awarded the Treating Customers Fairly Award at The Credit Today Awards. We also scored a brace of awards at marketing publication The Drum’s Marketing on Mobile Awards. We won the Most Effective Programmatic Buying Campaign and the Biggest Increase in ROI from a Mobile Campaign/Strategy.
In July 2015, Very.co.uk was named Best Online Retailer at Verdict’s Customer Satisfaction Awards. These awards are based on a consumer survey of 12,000 individuals rating the retailers they have shopped at over the last year. Shop Direct also picked up the Best Ecommerce Team gong at the BT Retail Week Tech & Ecomm Awards.
