“I manage the IT Test Delivery Team which is made up of many teams with varying different skillsets. The purpose of the role is to ensure that projects and programmes get system integrated tested correctly to ensure systems hang together functionally, especially under stressful business situations such as Black Friday, where demand is above normal. The best thing about my job is the creativity and passion I’m allowed to display and enthuse in to others. We have a real sense of community among the test team and we’re doing some really funky stuff within the test team that is driving initiatives within Shop Direct and outside in the testing community”.
